Tracey Brown is the owner and president of Office Design Solutions LLC. As a design-build/ FF&E company, Mrs. Brown has years of experience in both the fields of architecture and construction. Mrs. Brown has been involved throughout each phase of a project, ranging from conception and construction documentation to construction completion, as well as commercial and government contracting assignments. Since 1997, she has worked in design, contract sales, and project management. Her extensive knowledge and years of experience have positioned her as a leader in the industry.
Mrs. Brown, along with her dedicated staff, has determined labor requirements, dispatched contractors to the job site, coordinated and supervised the workforce, obtained requisite permits and licenses, and acted as liaison to interpret and explain plans and contract terms to administrative staff, clients, developers, and contractors in the field.
